2.3 Quality Management
2.4.1 Quality Plan
 Identify which quality standards are relevant to the Outage activities and determine how to satisfy them
 Refers Control Work Maintenance Execution

2.4.2 Quality Assurance
 Apply the planned, systematic quality activities to ensure that Outage employs all processes needed to meet requirement
 Enrichment of technical inspection, witness point and check list with quantitative measurement

2.4.3 Quality Control
 Monitor specific result of Outage activities to determine whether they comply with relevant quality standards and identify ways to meet requirement
 Lesson learning from previous outages recommendation as part of continuous improvement of quality control.



o Senior Project Engineer is the main person in charge and assigned to execute and manage the Outage. This position holds the role and responsibility as Outage Manager. All outage activities and resources are directly/indirectly work under Outage Manager supervision and he/she responsible to all outage activities and objectives. Outage Manager will report the preparation, execution and completion of the outage to Engineering Manager.
